With a wealth of experience and numerous certifications, Jeff Greer is a cornerstone of the Music City Archery coaching team. As a Level 4 NTS coach, National Judge, and USA Archery Paralympic Coach, Jeff is deeply committed to developing archery talent at every level. He is also an active member of several key organizations, including the USA Archery National Board, the South Region JOAD Committee, and the ATA Retail Committee. Jeff’s extensive knowledge and dedication make him a trusted instructor and mentor, helping athletes reach their full potential.

A state champion and international competitor, Theresa Greer combines her vast experience with a passion for coaching. As a Level 3 NTS Coach, USA Archery State Coordinator, and State Judge, Theresa is dedicated to developing archers of all levels. Her background as an international competitor and state champion in recurve adds a unique perspective to her coaching. Theresa is also a certified S3DA Coach, 4H Level 2 Certified Coach, and NASP Certified Coach, ensuring a well-rounded approach to archery education and mentorship.

A national champion and international medalist, Jessica Greer brings over 12 years of competitive recurve shooting experience to her role as MCA’s Retail Manager and Coach. As a Level 2 NTS Coach with 8+ years of coaching experience, Jessica excels in guiding archers at all skill levels. With 4+ years of recurve bow tech experience and training, she ensures athletes have the right tools and techniques to succeed. A state record holder and multiple-time national champion, Jessica’s expertise and leadership make her an invaluable asset to both our retail operations and coaching team.

With years of competitive archery experience, Jenna Smith is passionate about helping archers reach their full potential. As a Level 2 NTS Coach with 4 years of archery experience and 2 years of coaching experience, Jenna provides expert guidance to athletes of all skill levels. A state and national level competitor herself, she understands the dedication and strategy required to succeed and is committed to helping others achieve their best on and off the range.
